The condos come with fully furnished kitchens and living and entertainment centers with a colored TV and a VCR, king/queen/twin sized beds, ceiling fans, an on-site dishwasher and dryer, a phone line with free unlimited local calls, private lanais which are either enclosed or remain outside, a barbeque area, a swimming pool, free WiFi access and free parking. The common area also has high-speed Internet access. Guests can also make use of the laundry room.

Accommodation rates
Standard rates go from around $85 to $115 and up, although guests can avail of special promos in the tourist seasons. There is a $25 Internet rebate if you book online for ten nights or more. Lower rates are expected in the low-peak seasons as well, which last from April 15 through December 14. The high season lasts from December through April. In some cases, you can save as much as $40 to $50 dollars in accommodations if you choose to make reservations for the lower tourist seasons. However, you may also avail of special promos that coincide with special holidays and events.
There is a required $100 initial deposit per unit and notification of exact dates of arrival, the number of people staying in the unit. Once the confirmation is made the balance is payable 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival. The deposit is refundable if a cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival.

What makes this condo complex unique is because almost all of its units are sitting over the crystal clear waters, giving guests a closer view of the Pacific that they would rarely get in any other hotel or resort. Units are so close to the water that if you are lucky you can see whales right in the comfort of your own covered lanai aside from waking up to the sight of fishermen’s boats fishing just over your balcony. If your unit has a lanai, you can also expect to wake up to a gorgeous Hawaiian sunrise every morning.
The beach is also a great place for swimming and snorkeling and other water sporting activities. Guests can also head to the equally beautiful Kahaluu Beach which is also a good place to swim and snorkel in.
