The hotel has 120 two-bedroom units in six buildings and come fully furnished, with their own kitchens, a private lanai and a complete entertainment system in the living room with the main centerpiece, a flat screen TV. The master bedrooms come with a California King bed and guests will be pleasantly surprised to see that they have their very own whirlpool spa tub right in their own bathroom, which is fully furnished with soaps, bath towels, shampoos, and other essentials. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathtub as well.
The hotel has a heated pool and an on-site spa, something you do not see most often in resorts and hotels in this part of Hawaii, along with a fitness center, a spa and convention facilities. Because this is a time-share resort, guests must not expect room service or laundry service. Daily maid service is regular though, and guests can request for the paper to be delivered right at their door. Guests can get their groceries and other essentials from nearby Costco’s, Safeway, K-mart and Wal-Mart which are all just a short drive away in the direction of the town especially if they want food to eat in the late evenings. The resort restaurants, which can be quite expensive, are not open 24 hours a day. Guests can explore the grounds in air-conditioned shuttles which can take them to the main hotel or to any of the restaurants on hotel grounds.

Standard rates go for around $500 all year round for packages. You may also find cheaper deals online or by booking during the off-peak seasons. Guests can also avail of 50% off offers for the 5th night of stay, or a 7th night for free and two luau tickets for booking the hotel specialty package. Other specialty packages often offer free nights of stay or cheaper family explorer packages with a minimum of 4 days of stay and advanced booking of two weeks.
